Michael G. Bohan
Mike graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Colorado Law School in 2015. After graduating, Mike clerked for the Honorable Justice Monica Marquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. He spent the next few years of his legal career with larger regional firms in downtown Denver prior to starting his own firm in 2019.
Mike is a Colorado family man who prides himself in his honesty and dedication. His legal practice focuses on all aspects of starting, running, and growing a business in Colorado. Mike has the unique ability to simplify incredibly complex legal matters, allowing his clients to make the informed decisions necessary for a thriving business.
